OK this is just a few rules I thought I'd post b4 the LAN so ppl can know.
Please Remeber we have a wide range of ages attending this LAN. Keep the offensive material to a minimum.
Respect fellow gamers. We will not hesitate to remove anyone who tries start anything. Our bouncer is big an he likes thowing people out and yes we will keep your entry fee
Please refrain from "mass leeching" while people are gaming. If you want to leech stuff off people we ask that you do it in the early hours of the morning. MorB is about gaming.
We would ask that your box be placed on the floor. Especially if you are missing any rubber feet as we do not want to damage the tables. We have a nice venue an we would like to keep it.
REMEMBER : 1 powerpoint per person so u should bring a powerboard.
We try to provide cabling but we would ask that you bring 1 CAT5 cable (10m if possible) just in case.
PC's can be dropped off at the door but we ask that as soon as you unload your car you move it to the carpark before U set it up in the venue.
Please place all eskies agaist the wall at the front of the gaming area. This is so if there is a leak it won't short out an blow something up.
Remeber MorB is a volinteer organisation WE ARE NOT PAYIED in any way (hell even admins have to fork over $20).
MorB is a gaming LAN we are not there to fix your PC. There are admins who are willing to help but we ask that you make sure your PC is working BEFORE you get to the LAN. If you are having network connetivity problems ask us.
