What the hell is Ultra Mon ?????

Ultra mon is a multiple monitor manager that help you to work with 2 or more screens.

I've been very impressed with this product as it allow easy way to enalbe/disable a second monitor as well as add icons to the top right of all windows that allow u to quickly an easily send a window across to the 2nd monitor without the need to drag an drop.

Another little thing it add is a taskbar to your non-primary monitor allowing u to quickly gauge which programs are running on which screens.

So far I'm really impressed with this product. I've had no issues with games at all (in fact a couple of games that would run wierd with the 2nd monitor disabled now run fine) another nice feature is the ability to have 2 different wallpapers on your screens (one for each monitor).

For anyone running dual screens at present I'd highly recomend this product.

PS. I've been using 2 LCD monitors (a 19 an a 17) both running at 1280x1024

I've always been curious about how effective this package was, as some of the features are already present in the Forceware drivers for nVidia cards. Have you had a look at MaxiVista? I'm somewhat interested about how effective this is.
It is supposed to let you attach a second monitor by feeding the signal Terminal Services style to another computer. Allowing you to use the video card in say a laptop as your second/third/thirtyth monitor.

I'm yet to try it myself, as I am undecided if to get a standard-pci card to run a third monitor. (currently have 2 identical 17" Phillips CRTs side-by-side @ 1280x1024, looks wicked with the Matrix screensaver running)

:o that maxivista looks kewl, although it would only ever be something i'd toy with, not actually useful, ultramon is great, i dunno about the nforce drivers and how much they can do, but it craps all over what u can do with radeon drivers, best part about it is the quick way to enable/disable a secondary screen tho

Yeah that awsome for games as it just a 1 second thing to disaable the screen an just as quick to re-enable
