Problem With Forum Templates

It would appear my forum has gone toes up. Below is the error I got. Any ideas?

haxxed? reupload all ur files for ur forum stuff esp skins/themes/templates, can u get to admin cp?

Can't access the admin area, it just chucks up the same error. Anyone know which file stores the settings such as which theme is currently being used?

login to phpmyadmin and haxx it from there

Login to who? Is that supposed to be the name of a file?

download a copy of phpmyadmin. Chuck it on your website somewhere. Log into it and take a look around the database...
