View Full Version : PC3200 Dual Interleaved wierd shit
During a match of COD @ Baddad's spot I blew a stick of ram, yippie  .
Went back to supplier, warrantied (3 mths old) no probs. 8)
Watchin me bootup, when I Dual Interleave they only appear as PC2700, take one stick out - either - and PC3200 Single comes up. :? Anyone had wierd shit like this b4?
Haven't had much P4 experience, but I assume 'Dual Interleave' is similar to 'Dual Channel' on AMD boards?
If so, in your BIOS you should have an option to set your memory frequency independantly of your FSB. Take a look. PC3200 should run at 200mhz
Yep, Dual Interleave and Dual Channel are one and the same 'Dual Channel Interleave'
The Setting in the Bios makes no difference, and the board is jumperless, I tried fiddling the DRAM timings, but that did nothing. my FSB is 200x15 anyway so it shouldn't be a problem.
Regor (yes, im in Hami also) suggested trying his sticks in there to see if it is a compatability problem.
Thanks anyway Beefy :)

You don't have personalised number plates by any chance, do ya? :)
