Nice one Damo, there's some funny shit in there
"Another common source of amusingly pyrotechnic computer disasters is that little self-destruct switch that most power supplies possess; that's right, the red switch that changes between 115 and 230 volts"
PUNDA!!!!
"And cats... cats are walking static death bombs. Keep them away from your system"
LMFAO
"It's unknown how many fatalities LAN parties contribute to the global toll of computers, but it's got to be a large number."
AAAGGGHH negative PR noooooooooo!
Nice damo :D
POWER ON, BARIN OFF:
How Not to Kill Your Computer This Way:
Don't be an idiot. You have a power button; use it.
LMAO
I'm surprised installing Kazaa wasn't 1st on the list...
HEY! That switch was red and shiny....and... ummmmm... it begged me to flick it.
Plus, the end result was a shiny big blue spark. It looked cool.
My PSU didn't have a red switch but it still managed to somehow blow up. I've a new one now. Unfortunately it has a red switch, so random family members threat to blow my computer up for various reasons.
Keep liquids away from computers too. =)
lol kazza, sharewere is defently a big one
both can be harmful, as i hav found out
and kids under 5 yo. Parents out there that are into computers..... they know all about what Im talking about...lol.
Also, never let ppl that think they know alot about computers near one. They always screw things up. Computer techies should know what Im talking about..... I know manster definatly knows....lol
Most of your customers probably do too

lol. Maybe I should unleash another sticker underneath your opticle mouse and sit back and laugh while you sit there and try to figure out why your mouse pointer isn't movin....lol
ROFL oh im going to do that to a few people at work now :D
id bet if you did that to anyone you work for sks - they would be on the phone to your office the second it didn't work.
not if its one of the IT staff or perry :D
the scary part about it is the amount of times i've fallen 4 it... seems to always get me when im absorbed in something hehe.
Maybe i need to associate it with sum sort of electric shock next time he gets me so i remember it.
...hmm na maybe not, I've done that so many times too now i problably wouldnt remember it either :D
lol.... mark comes back this week..... "Cue evil laugh"
well i killed my computer last weekend and i was not impressed, i put case feet on the bottom and they are the led ones, so they needed power, so plugged out a molex plug and plugged it onto the case feet and plugged it all in, then started her up and she worked fine for that night untill i rebooted her the next morning and she started to beep at me, i was soooo scared cos it was the long weekend and i knew if there was anything wrong i would have to wait a while b4 i could get any parts, so i got the other ML admins to help me out and in the end i found out that i blew up my MOTHERBOARD..so for the whole easter weekend i was complaining "that i need a mummyboard" lucky the swapmeet was open on sunday, then it was install the new motherboard and reinstall windoze again :( but my computer is all fixed now, just in time for MonsterLAN too :)
must of been reading the guide on how to kill computers rather than the guide on how NOT too kill computers....lol
j/k. Happens to the best of us. What caused the mobo to die???? freak thing or was it something that contributed???
