Firewall

just wondering, i now have adsl using a router to connect to the internet and i was wondering if i needed to keep my firewall on my computer or will the router take care of all of that?

If you don't understand firewalls, I suggest you leave the software one on there :) If you do understand them, then you'd know the answer to the question.

Software firewalls sometimes help at LANs anyways.. so it won't hurt.

its a NetComm NB1300 Plus 4

The way I see it.. no ones gonna wanna hack you, so why bother? Thats unless you have important stuff that many people round the world could want :P

i use it more to try and keep out as much of the spyware and stuff like that out
