Well i just finished a week of exclusive Beta testing for the New Blizzard epic - World of Warcraft.
This MMORPG was by far the Best RPG i've ever played. The ablilities to choose 8 races with 10 categories to each race gives you lots choose from.
I selected the "Night Elf" Race with the "Hunter" abilities. Only the Hunter has the ability to tame pets, if your a priest you get the abilities to resurect and heal ect.
The quests where excellent, but hard at that. Your abililty to make friends with other ppl is vital, it will make these quests much easier and your progression in the game much quicker.
Its also fun having the ability to go and 'whoop' other ppl's ass who are not part of you alliance eg. NightElves, Humans and Dwarfs have an alliance and Horde, Undead and Orcs have an alliance so there is alot of PvP action happening when get around the LvL 13 -16 area. Note: Enemies cannot invade your home territory, your area is protected by LvL 90's and stuff, meaning if your crazy.. go for it!
If anybody managed to get into the "Closed Beta Testing" i'm sure thay would have the same opinion as me.
It took me a Week of Solid playing and i managed to get to LvL 18 with my pet as a LvL 17. The highest level player i came accross was a LvL 36.
Now that the Beta is closed i have to say goodbye to my character.

Goodbye lvl 17 pet "Fluffy"

As for Blizzard... This is the BEST RPG i've ever played, well done!!! I am going to subscribe to this game as soon as it comes out!
Advice:
Have Broadband for this game, the servers atm are North American.
Play most of the Realms with a Friend(s)
Sleep is you enemy, don't give up.
Cost of this game is estimated at around $6 AU a month, though this is only speculation. Definately worth it imo.
