On a totally different note...
(1) People who come to lans with only laptops should be instantly
put outside...
[no cables should be given to these people either, making it harder for them to lag games... They don't need power points because laptops do have battery's]
(2) Although some people may think thats all lans are about... PORN is not the major priority and if over 10gig of porn is downloaded onto one's computer they should seek some form of help and be told what pathetic fucks they really are.
(3) Rule 2 mainly applies to _ACE_ who at the last MorB sat there for 24 hours straight leeching endless streams of porn and basically asked to get his head smashed with a brick.

you play a round of allies and a round of axis
the map selection is like this:
flip coin to decide challenger/defender
one of them chooses 3 maps (cant remember which soz)
the other chooses which of those 3 maps they wanna play
so if ur team doesnt want to play certain maps then they just choose one of the others, if ur choosing all 3 u dont choose one of the omaha ones, if ur picking from the 3 obviously u dont say yeh lets play the omaha one...
thats what they EXPECT you to do...
XP know all about throwing a spanner in the works when it comes to map selection...
of course if you know which maps your opposing clan are good at then that helps as well

Silencer will remember this one from another thread which had nothing to do with case mods.....but anyway is there going to be some sort of case mod award at Morb 3??? I reckon it would be a cool idea. But the winner should be judged not only on how cool it looks, but more importantly on the originality of their mod. Everyone does the window with a fluro thing. Bring on something cool and new.
The warrnambool case modding community isn't yet at a stage where that is plausible, however we may make an on the spot decision, chances are tho - it will probably happen morb4, so everyone crank out the dremels!

2. My case has been modded with One aim in mind - Making it easier to take to LAN's
the lan is based in warrnambool and hence the majority of people there are from warrnambool... many have just got new cases so there will not be that many case mods at this one; however it would appear that by the next time there will definately be more mods...

i want to smash my case real small so it fits in my pocket, now thats a mod...inflatable PC...hrmm

Did anyone see that article on TV about teleportation? They've managed to teleport light and hope to do solid oblects soon. In years to come we'll be able to just tell our computer's where to go and they'll teleport themselves, the desk, the chair and the munchies rack to the LAN........Telefragging could be a problem though..............

ah yes, but writing "they transported light" and "they transported a laser" are two different things...
a laser is a point beam made up of one color... generally speaking "light" is made up of all the colors of the spectrum, and as such, a laser is not light - teleportation wise.

Light is made up of many spectrums and opperates on many different levels. Laser is one of them.
yes, but it would be very easy to duplicate/dissemble/reassemble light of only one color, as opposed to full on all color full spectrum light, so in that aspect there is a difference - im not saying that a laser is not a light, im saying that its probably a little better to actually make the point that it WAS a laser, not just any old light...
