As we all know Windows XP runs a pile of services and stuff in the background by default. But which ones are safe to disable to improve system performance? What other methods are there to optimise XP?

nah gay lookin sites annoy me, it irritates the skin and i break out in a rash
And if the site looks like shit, then people obviously don't take much pride in it, so it's not worth lookin at. :)
no.. its just a simple site... he put it up to help ppl customize win xp.. not to make graphics designers go WOW.
